Sri Avinash Chandra, learned counsel for the opposite parties no. 2 and 3 submitted that in pursuance of the order dated 06.02.2019 passed by this Court, the petitioner had submitted a letter dated 20.02.2019 claiming Rs. 2,83,899/- as remaining dues of the deceased husband of the petitioner, but no documents have been annexed. On enquiry, as per the opposite parties no. 2 & 3, the dues are to the tune of Rs. 1,93,574/-. Therefore, a letter has been written to the petitioner that if she wants to accept the same, she may contact in the office on any working day and give her written consent so that the same may be paid and if she is disputing the same, it may be got verified from the office of Basti Eye Relief Society, Basti and produce the same with relevant documents, but the petitioner has neither contacted, nor informed till date though the letter has been received by her on 25.02.2019 as per the track report of the speed post.
Sri C. B. Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner may be paid the amount which has been determined by the opposite parties no. 2 and 3 to the tune of Rs. 1,93,574/- and for rest of the amount, the petitioner shall get the same verified and produce the relevant documents. He further submitted that the petitioner shall contact in the office of the opposite parties no. 2 and 3 in next week between 05.03.2019 to 08.03.2019.
Sri Avinash Chandra submits that whenever the petitioner will contact to the office, the aforesaid payment shall be made to her.
