Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.G.A.
This is correction application no.16515 of 2011.
After perusing the record the learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the memo of the writ petition by mentioning Rampur in place of Agra. The order dated 22.12.2010 is hereby corrected by mentioning Rampur in place of Agra in the third line of the second paragraph, in sixth line of the fourth paragraph and in the first line of the fifth paragraph of the order.
Accordingly the correction application is allowed.
