The earlier order passed by this Court has not been complied with till date.
Issue notice for contempt against the petitioner as she was asked to deposit for 50% of amount as she has misguided the the Court and Sri Jayant Prakash Singh-Advocate who filed the recall application had categorically mentioned that the person whom he represents is also recognized as wife. Smt. Simlesh Tomar did not file the marriage certificate showing that the deceased had not divorced her and, therefore, the order was passed which has not been complied with till date.
Today learned Advocate for original petitioner today states that they have preferred an appeal against the order directing deposit of 50% of amount paid.
Be that as it may be, they shall first comply with the earlier order within two days.
