1. By way of this application the judgment dated 15.6.2016 has requested to taken in review.
2. Counsel for the State shall place on record whether the judgment dated 15.6.2016 has been implemented or not as the review petitioner has not mentioned whether the judgment has been implemented by now or not.
3. State shall file its compliance, if any, on or before 5th October, 2018. The original petitioner -Simlesh Tomar shall also place on record the marriage certificate of her with the deceased and whether she was nominated as a person who was to receive pension on the death of the employee as it has been stated by the first wife that there was no divorce and Simlesh Tomar was not legally weeded wife of Jaidev Singh Tomar.
