Impleadment application filed by the petitioner seeks impleadment of one Smt. Tarunnam Begam, Child Development Project ( Pariyojna ) officer, Bilaspur, District Rampur on the basis that she acted malafide.The allegation of malice have been levelled against her.
This application for impleadment is allowed on the undertaking of the petitioner that if the allegations levelled against the newly impleaded respondent are proved to be incorrect or false, cost of a sum of Rs. 15,000/- shall be imposed on the petitioner.
Let necessary amendments be carried out within two days.
Issue notice to newly impleaded respondent for which learned counsel for the petitioner shall take necessary steps within one week.
