Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
The present contempt application has been filed for punishing the respondent for willful disobedience of the order dated 29.10.2013 passed in civil misc. writ petition no. 50416 of 2013.
Learned counsel for the applicant has drawn attention of this Court to annexure-3 to the affidavit, which is the order of writ court dated 29.10.2013, whereby the order of Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Aawla District Bareilly, whereby proposal of gaon sabha for allotment of fair price shop dealership in favour of the applicant had not been accepted, was stayed and no further direction was passed by the writ court.
After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant, this Court is of the opinion that no good ground is made out for issuing notice to the respondent.
The present application lacks merit and is, accordingly, dismissed.
