Counter Affidavit has been filed by Sri Dinesh Pathak, Advocate on behalf of the respondent no. 4. The same may be taken on record.

Learned counsel for both the parties are present. The corpus Smt. Shraddha Shukla is present before the court.
On being asked, Smt. Shraddha Shukla has stated that she has come before the court along with her father Vimlesh Kumar Shukla; that her age is about 22 years; that she is B.B.A. pass. She has further stated that she is living with her parents voluntarily without any pressure whatsoever; that Narendra Singh (petitioner no.2) who is present in the court is her husband; that she wants to go with her husband.
Since, the corpus Smt. Shraddha Shukla is major and she is well educated, so she is free to go wherever and with whomsoever she wants to go. No person shall make any hindrance in her way to her destination.
Since the relief sought by the petitioner has been met out and no cause of action survives so this writ petition is, accordingly, allowed.
The bank draft of Rs.15,000/- which has already been deposited by way of Bank Draft in the office of Registrar General shall be given to Smt. Shraddha Shukla(corpus) after proper identification.
