Petition called out. None appears for the petitioners.
The State has filed counter affidavit of one Sri Nand Lal Ram, said to be Sub- Inspector, police station Maharajganj, district Rae Bareli. In para-4 of the counter affidavit it has been stated that in case crime number 227 of 2009, under Sections 147, 148, 447, 452, 323, 504 and 506 IPC, charge sheet vide charge sheet no. 78 of 2009 has been filed on 08.05.2009 and the same has reached to the court on on 13.07.2009.
The learned Additional Government Advocate states that in view of the above, the writ petition has rendered infructuous and the same may be dismissed.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
