The appellant is present in person along with her counsel. Learned counsel for the respondent states that due to unavoidable reason, the respondent could not come and he requested that some other date may be fixed.
On the request of learned counsel for the both the parties, list on 28.8.2014. On that day, both the parties shall appear in person.
