This is a first appeal arising out of case no.319 of 2006 under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act. Issue notice to the respondent. The parties are directed to appear before this Court on 22.01.2010 for compromise. The Chief Judicial Magistrate concerned shall ensure presence of the parties before this Court on the date fixed.
