Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State and the Investigating Officer of this case are present.
Learned counsel for the State wants some further time to file affidavit of the S.S.P. concerned in compliance of the order dated 18.11.2015 and has further submitted that Police Authorities are trying their best to trace out the corpus, so some further time may be given to the Police Authorities for the same purpose.
In view of the request of the learned counsel for the State, this matter is adjourned for the day on costs of Rs. 250/- to be paid by the Investigating Officer to petitioner or his counsel.
