Pursuant to order dated 15.7.2016, Sri Shiv Nath Singh, learned counsel for opposite party has placed before the Court an office order dated 19.7.2016 evidencing payment of Rs. 9,97,123/- as entire retiral dues payable to the applicant which indicates that amount has been paid to the applicant, which fact is not disputed by learned counsel for applicant on instructions so received. Copy of office order dated19.7.2016 is taken on record.

The Court has perused order of the Writ Court and the office order dated 19.7.2016 and finds that compliance has been made in letter and spirit. Consequently contempt does not survive The contempt is dismissed in limine.
