Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State through Video conferencing.
The F.I.R. was lodged on 7.5.2021. The investigation is clearly at a nascent stage. The relief prayed for a writ of mandamus that too for carrying out a fair investigation is premature.
Let the investigation be concluded expeditiously in accordance with law.
With the observation as above, the writ petition is disposed of.
