Issue notice to opposite parties no. 3 and 4 by registered post with acknowledgement due.

Counter affidavit may be filed within four weeks. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within two weeks thereafter.

List in the first week of August, 2014 for hearing. In the meantime opposite party no.3, District Inspector of Schools, Ambedkarnagar shall pass final order on the recommendation of the Committee of Management, Babu Bhagwan Lal Adarsh Inter College, Pethiya, District Ambedkarnagar, opposite party no.4 in accordance with law.
