JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this application to the learned standing counsel.
Learned standing counsel is directed to seek instruction from opposite party no. 2 apprising the Court as to what is the hurdle now in releasing the payment after the order dated 11.12.2013 passed in Writ A No. 4634 of 2005 (Virendra Prasad vs. Engineer in Chief, U.P. P.W.D. and others) and Writ A No. 18734 of 2008 (Smt. Shanti Devi vs. State of U.P. and others).
Put up as a fresh case on 1st May, 2014.
