Considering the order proposed to be passed and as the opposite parties would also be interested in expeditious disposal of the proceedings before the Court below, issuance of notice to private opposite parties is dispensed with.
The petitioner herein seek expeditious disposal of Revision No. T2010044233 u/s 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act which are said to be pending since 29.11.2007.
Let the court concerned consider and decide the aforesaid revision , say, within a period of three months from the date of certified copy of this order is submitted, if there is no other legal impediment in this regard.
With the aforesaid observations, the petition is disposed off.
If there is any connected matter the same should also be disposed off if there is no legal impediment.
