JUDGMENT / ORDER

Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 27.2.2014, Sri Vinod Kumar-I Executive Engineer Vidyut Vitran Khand-I, Purvanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd. Fataha, Mirzapur, opposite party no.2 and Sri Mukesh Kumar-II, Purvanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd. Fataha, Mirzapur, opposite party no.4 are present today.
Due to paucity of time the case could not be taken up today.
Put up tomorrow, i.e. 11.4.2014. The opposite parties shall remain present before the Court.
