Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 27.2.2014 Sri Vinod Kumar-I Executive Engineer Vidyut Vitran Khand-I, Purvanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd. Fataha, Mirazpur and Sri Ajit Kumar, Executive Enigneer, Bhelpur, Varanasi are present before the Court.
It is stated by Sri Ayank Mishra, learned counsel appearing for opposite party nos. 2 and 4 that opposite party no.3 has been transferred and in his place one Sri Hub Lal, Executive Engineer has been posted. So far as opposite party no.4 is concerned it is stated he is posted at rural division and has no concern in the matter and the main responsibility is of opposite party no.3. So far as opposite party no.1 is concerned,it is stated that a short counter affidavit has been filed on his behalf in the registry on 10.4.2014.
Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to implead Sri Hub Lal as one of the opposite party.
Issue notice to Shri Hub Lal, Executive Engineer returnable within four weeks.
List this case on 8th May, 2014. On that date opposite party no.2 shall remain present.
