JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for opposite parties.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner had applied for BTC training course pursuant to advertisement dated 18th May of 2010. She sent her application form through speed post on 7th of June, 2010 as the last date for the acceptance of the form was 8th of June, 2010 but the form returned with the endorsement of the postman that 'Refused Returned to sender'.
Learned counsel submits that for no fault of the petitioner, she could not be considered whereas there is every likelihood of her selection for the course if her candidature is considered.
Looking to the circumstances of the case, it is directed that if the petitioner submits her application form for the training of BTC course within five days from today the same shall be accepted by opposite party No. 3 for consideration of her candidature for selection. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ petition is disposed of finally.
