Petitioner is permitted to correct the prayer clause today itself.
The petitioner is stated to have made an application for grant of electricity connection before respondent no. 3. It is stated that requisite money for the purpose has also been deposited. However appropriate action has not been taken till date. Hence this petition.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of by providing that the petitioner may make a representation ventilating all his grievances before respondent no. 3, within two weeks from today along with a certified copy of this order. On such a representation being made the respondent no. 3 shall call for the records and shall pass a reasoned speaking order preferably within two weeks, thereafter.
