JUDGMENT / ORDER

The applicant wife wants to transfer the proceedings of case no. 870 of 2010 (Om Saxena Vs. Smt. Seema Saxena) from Principal Judge, Family court, Kanpur Nagar to Ghaziabad on the ground that she is resident of Ghazibad and that her petition for divorce is already pending there.
Issue notice to the respondent by registered post fixing a date in December 2012.
Till the next date of listing, further proceedings of the petitioner's divorce case no. 870 of 2012 pending before the Principal Judge, Family court, Kanpur Nagar shall remain stayed.
