Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer that a suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned to take action in case crime no. 560 of 2013 u/s 498-A, 304-B and section 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Achal Ganj, District Unnao.
From the perusal of the record it appears that the petitioner is first informant of the above mentioned case, according to the instruction received by learned A.G.A. accused Thakur Prasad has been arrested and process under section 82/83 Cr.P.C. has been initiated against lal Ram. In such circumstances, it is not proper to issue any direction, but it is expected that S.P. Unnao shall ensure the fair investigation of the above mentioned case.
With this direction, this petition is finally disposed of.
