Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that detenue Smt. Saroja is wedded wife of the deponent Sher Singh. She has been illegally detained by the opposite parties no. 4 to 6.
In view of the above, petitioner is directed to deposit Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) within a period of ten days from today towards expenses of the opposite parties which shall be paid by the Senior Registrar of this Court to them on the date they appear before this Court.
Learned A.G.A has accepted notice on behalf of the opposite parties no. 1 to 3 Issue notice to the opposite parties no. 4 to 6 to produce the detenue Smt. Saroja before this Court on 16.2.2016. In case aforementioned expenses are not deposited then the notice shall not be issued to the opposite parties.
