Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned State counsel.
By consent of learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is being finally disposed of.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with regard to the relief sought in the writ petition, the petitioner has already represented the matter before the respondent No.2/Director General of Family Welfare Directorate, Jagat Narayan Road, U.P., Lucknow on 31.03.2021 (Annexure-3 to the writ petition) which may be directed to be decided within a fixed time frame to which learned State counsel has no objection.
In view of the above, it is provided that respondent No.2/Director General of Family Welfare Directorate, Jagat Narayan Road, U.P., Lucknow shall make all endevour to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 31.03.2021 (Annexure-3 to the writ petition) by means of a reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
