Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA. Issue notice to respondent No.4.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the lodging of the FIR against the petitioners in Case Crime No.22 of 2010, under Sections 498A/323/504/506 I.P.C., P.S. Mahila Thana, District Kanpur Nagar is the outcome of the matrimonial dispute, which can be settled by the Mediation and Conciliation Center of the High Court.
In view of the aforesaid submissions, let the matter be referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Center, High Court, Allahabad. Petitioners will deposit an amount of Rs.8,000/- before the Mediation and Conciliation Center, High Court, Allahabad to meet the expenses of respondent No.4, for appearing before the Mediation and Conciliation Center, High Court, Allahabad. The deposit will be made within two weeks from today by a bank draft in the name of Mediation and Conciliation Center, High Court, Allahabad .
In the event, petitioners fail to deposit the bank draft or to appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Center, High Court, Allahabad, this order shall stand discharged. The report be submitted within three month. In the meantime the petitioners be not arrested in pursuance of No.22 of 2010, under Sections 498A/323/504/506 I.P.C., P.S. Mahila Thana, District Kanpur Nagar.
