(Order on Civil Misc. Correction Application No.261458 of 2014) This is an application praying for correction in the order dated 4.3.2014.
Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner submits that Village Sonpipari has wrongly been mentioned in the order dated 4.3.2014 in fact the Village should be 'Purainiha'.
In the prayer portion as well as in the body of the writ petition the petitioner herself has mentioned as 'Sonpipari'. As such, unless the writ petition is amended the order cannot be corrected. On this count earlier application for correction of the said order has been rejected vide order dated 7.8.2014. Again second application has been filed. It is also rejected on the same ground.
