JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Rajeev Singh,J.
It transpires from the memo of petition that with regard to age of the victim-petitioner no. 1 only Aadhar card has been annexed with the present petition which is not an authentic proof of age.
Sri Farooq Ayoob, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that the present petition be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh annexing the documentary proof of age of the victim-petitioner no. 1. Sri Ganesh Gupta, learned Brief Holder for the State is present.
Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn liberty to file fresh.
