CMA No.55044 of 2010: Application for Recall of the Order dated 18.5.2010, passed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Alok Kumar Singh and Hon'ble Mr. Justice Ved Pal.
Grounds seems to be sufficient. The application is allowed. The order dated 18.5.2010, is recalled. Petition is restored to its original number subject to cost of Rs.500/- to be deposited in this Court within two weeks which shall be remitted to Oudh Bar Association for the purpose of Library. In case cost is deposited, the petition shall be listed before the appropriate regular Bench in the next cause list.
