Learned A.G.A has accepted notice on behalf of the opposite party no.4.
Issue notice to the opposite party Nos. 1 to 3 directing them to produce the alleged detenue Smt. Sanjana Rajpoot before this Court on 08.02.2016.

It is directed that the husband of the corpus Arvind Rajpoot shall deposit a sum of Rs. 10,000/- by way of bank draft drawn in favour of petitioner, Smt Sanjana Rajpoot within 10 days from today with the office of Senior Registrar of this Court.
In case, the amount is not deposited, the notice shall not be issued and the same shall be issued only when the said amount is deposited in compliance of this order within 10 days.
