Learned AGA has accepted notice on behalf of respondent nos.1 to 3.
Issue notice to respondent no. 4. Steps be taken within a week.
List this case on 18.3.2016, on which date petitioner no.1 Smt. Sanam Ansari @ Diksha Srivastava(corpus) shall be produced by respondent no. 4 before this court.
However, notice shall only be issued to respondent no. 4 if the petitioner no.2 Sarfaraz Ahamad deposits an amount of Rs. 15,000/- by way of Bank Draft drawn in favour of petitioner no.1 Smt. Sanam Ansari @ Diksha Srivastava (corpus) in the office of the Registrar General of this Court within a period of one week from today.
In case, the said amount is not deposited within the period prescribed above, no notice shall be issued to respondent no. 4.
