Opposite party nos.4 & 5 are present along with detenue Smt. Sadhna Jitesh Meharkule.
Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is granted 15 days' time to file rejoinder affidavit. In the same period learned A.G.A. may also file counter affidavit along with radiological report with regard to the age of detenue.
