Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that detenue Smt. Sadhna Jitesh Meharkule is major. The detenue Smt. Sadhna Jitesh Meharkule left her house on her own sweet will and she has solemnized her marriage with petitioner on 13.12.2015. Opposite party nos. 4 and 5 are the brother and father of the detenue who have illegally detained the detenue Smt. Sadhna Jitesh Meharkule.
Learned A.G.A has accepted notice on behalf of the opposite party nos.1 to 3.
In view of the above, petitioner is directed to deposit Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) within a period of 10 days from today towards expenses of the opposite parties which shall be paid by the Senior Registrar of this Court to them on the date they appear before this Court.
Issue notice to opposite party nos. 4 & 5 namely Sri Sajan Lal Gupta and Sri Pawan Gupta to produce the detenue Smt. Sadhna Jitesh Meharkule before this Court on 29.02.2016. In case aforementioned expenses are not deposited then the notice shall not be issued to the opposite parties.
