Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned State Counsel.
In view of the proposed order, requirement of issuance of notice to the respondent no.4 is hereby dispensed with.
The sole allegation made in this petition is that some house is being constructed by respondent no.4 in connivance with the local police on the land belonging to the petitioners.
The appropriate remedy in such a situation to the petitioners would be to invoke the provisions of section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 read with Rule 22 of U.P. Revenue Code Rules, 2016.
This petition is finally disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach the court/authority concerned by way of moving an appropriate application under section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 read with Rule 22 of U.P. Revenue Code Rules, 2016. In case any such proceedings are instituted the court/authority concerned shall conclude the same, with expedition.
