Heard Sri Ram Pheran Dwivedi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.S.Chauhan, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
Sri S.S.Chauhan, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents has submitted that rejection order/letter dated 18.05.2019 has been passed on an application of the petitioner for issuance of caste certificate, on the ground of absence of material evidence. He further submitted that the petitioner has a statutory remedy of filing an appeal under Section 6 of The Uttar Pradesh Janhit Guarantee Adhiniyam, 2011.
In view of the fact that the petitioner has a remedy of filing an appeal before the appellate authority under Section 6 of The Uttar Pradesh Janhit Guarantee Adhiniyam, 2011, therefore, we are not inclined to interfere in the instant petition.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.
