Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that in fact, victim was apprehended earlier who was involved in prostitution and at that time she has not disclosed the name of the applicant. She was only working as a maid servant, she was a lady of easy virtue and was involved in prostitution. Just to blackmail and extract money, false allegation was made against the applicant. Co-accused Vinod along with whom she used to visit the places of different persons to have physical relation, has already been released on bail in compliance of the order passed by the High Court on 24-10-2009 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 25871/2009. One another co-accused Naresh Kumar Gupta has also been released on bail. The applicant is lady and is in jail since 01.05.2009.
In view of the fact without observation on merit let the applicant Smt. Ritu @ Mamta @ Jagveeri be released on bail in case Crime No. 602 of 2009 under Section 342, 504, 506, 363, 366, 372 and 373 I.P.C. on his furnishing the personal bond and two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghaziabad.
Accordingly, the bail application is finally disposed of.
