This criminal appeal has been filed against the judgment and order dated 24.12.2015 passed by Additional Session judge, court no. 10 Knapur Nagar, in Sessions Trial No. 1141/2008 (State vs. Surendra Kr. Tiwari & others) under section 3/4/5/6/7/8/9 Prevention of Immoral Trafficking Act, P.S.- Najeerabad, District- Kanpur Nagar.

Admit Learned AGA has accepted notice on behalf of the State.

Heard on bail application also.
Learned counsel for the accused-appellant has submitted that the accused-appellant is on interim bail granted by the trial court vide order dated 24.12.2015, so he should be enlarged on regular bail during the pendency of this case.
In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the accused-appellant, the accused-appellant is enlarged on regular bail on his furnishing personal bonds and two sureties with the like amount to the satisfaction of the lower court concerned.
This matter be listed in usual course before appropriate Bench.
