Till further orders of the Court, the recovery by the Insurance Company against the appellant in pursuance of impugned judgment and decree dated 23.3.2009 passed by Additional District Judge/M.A.C.T./F.T.C.-3, Meerut in M.A.C.P. No. 1026 of 2007, shall remain stayed provided the appellant deposits security (other than cash or Bank Guarantee) of the disputed amount before court below within two months.
