JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Vishnu Chandra Gupta,J.
Heard Sri Anil K. Tripathi and Sri Nishant Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A.
This petition has been filed with a prayer to review the order dated 4.7.2014 passed by this court.
After perusal the record and impugned order dated 4.7.2014 it appears that there is no circumstance to review the order dated 4.7.2014. The prayer sought is refused.
However, it is directed that in case the petitioner appears before the court concerned within 15 days from today, the benefit of the order dated 4.7.2014 be extended to him for the purpose of deciding the bail application.
Accordingly this petition is disposed of.
