We have perused the impugned order. We are of the view that the matter requires consideration.

Until further orders, the operation of the order dated 21.4.2014 passed by the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Kanpur Nagar in case no. 860 of 2008 (Sunil Kumar Yadav Vs. Smt. Rashmi Yadav) shall remain stayed.
