This is an application praying for recall of the order dated 1.3.2012. The cause shown in the affidavit filed in support of the restoration application is sufficient. The order dated 1.3.2012 dismissing the writ petition is recalled. The writ petition is restored to its original number.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that now the petitioner has also died and deduction has been made from salary and a such the writ petition has become infructuous due to change developments.
List after two weeks for consideration of substitution application.
