JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner no.1 Smt. Ram Dulari is only purchaser and, therefore, cannot be a beneficiary. Allegation is that excess share of the original owner has been sold to Smt. Ram Dulari. It has also been pointed out that the petitioner no.2 is not related with the incident of purchase/sale of land.
Issue notice to respondent nos.1 to 3 for 06.8.2012.
Let respondent no.3 be served through Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pratapgarh.
