In the meantime, operation of order dated 6.1.2010 passed by the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Faizabad in Revision No. 1568 shall remain stayed till further order of this Court as prima facie, in the light of the contents of memo of appeal filed against the order dated 3.1.2000 passed by the Consolidation Officer, it appears that order of appeal is against the dead person; namely; Sahdeo, who died in 2005; whereas the appeal is filed in 2007. In the light of the aforesaid facts, I hereby provide liberty to the court below to proceed with the appeal afresh but only with consent of the opposite parties.
