Case called out. None has appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
In compliance of the order dated 18.1.2016 passed by this Court the Investigating Officer Shri Mahesh Kumar Mishra has appeared before this Court and filed his personal affidavit disclosing therein the status of the investigation of this case. He has stated that after recording the statement of the victim under section 164 Cr.P.C., section 354B I.P.C., which was deleted by the earlier Investigating Officer, has been restored. He prayed that he may be granted two weeks further time for completing the investigation.
In view of the statement made by the Investigating Officer, list this case again on 23.2.2016.
The presence of the Investigating Officer is dispensed with unless otherwise directed by the Court.
