Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The applicant was allowed one month's time to appear before the court concerned by order dated 19.5.2010 passed in Crl. Misc. Case No. 2144 of 2010.
Submission of the applicant's counsel is that as the lawyers of the court below are abstaining from work, which is likely to continue till the end of June, therefore, the applicant could not appear in time before the court below.
The prayer for extension of time is allowed. Applicant may appear before the court below on 1st of July, 2010. Application is accordingly disposed of.
