1. Heard Sri Maonj Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant and learned Standing Counsel or the State.
2. This is an application filed under Section 24 CPC requesting for transfer of Case No. 565 of 2013 (Arun Katara Vs. Ragini Katara) from the Court of Agra to Firozabad or any neighbouring district. It is contended that the applicant has been ousted from her husband's house and is now living with her parents house at Firizabad. It is further contended that the father of the applicant is an old person. It is also said that she has reasonable apprehension of her life and liberty at Agra.
3. However, since both the parties have consented for transfer of the aforesaid case to Etawah./ a third place, I am not going into rival dispute being unnecessary for the case in hand.
4. With the consent of learned counsels for parties, I direct that Case No. 565 of 2013 (Arun Katara Vs. Ragini Katara) pending before Principal Judge, Family Court, Agra is transferred to competent Court at Etawah. The Court at Agra shall ensure immediate transmission of record to Etawah Judgeship.
6. The application is disposed of accordingly.
