JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Vedpal,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Advocate.
Under challenge in the instant writ petition is FIR relating to Case Crime No. 28 of 2010, under Sections 420, 467 and 468 IPC, police station Kotwali, District Sitapur.
We have gone through the FIR, which discloses commission of cognizable offence, as such, the same cannot be quashed. However, considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a lady and no serious allegation has been levelled against her, we dispose of the writ petition finally with a direction that unless and until cogent and reliable evidence comes forward against the petitioner, the petitioner shall not be arrested in the aforesaid case crime number, provided she cooperates with the investigation, which shall go on.
