Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The present writ petition on behalf of the petitioner for relief of habeas corpus was earlier filed by learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Rahul Kumar Singh when the corpus is present in the court and got recorded her statement regarding present marital status and cohesion with his husband in the house of in-laws. On the direction of the Court, the corpus was produced again today by the opposite party no.3, S.H.O., Sri Jitendra Bahadur Singh, Police Station Laharpur, District Sitapur.
In view of the statement of the corpus as she herself expresses her desire and willingness to live in its her marital house along with her husband and in-laws from where she is produced before the Court.
The petitioner who is claiming himself as husband by virtue of his marriage is also represented through another learned counsel, Sri S.K. Sharma, Advocate, put his appearance by filing his power, taken on record. He submitted that he has received no objection from the earlier engaged counsel.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wants to withdraw the writ petition seeking appropriate remedy in competent court of law.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
