Issue notice to respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3.
It has been informed at the Bar that arising out of the same very award two First Appeals From Order, being F.A.F.O. Nos.1101 of 2008 and 1102 of 2008 are pending and engaging attention of this Court, as such this writ petition is directed to be listed along with those appeals before the Bench hearing those appeals.
Any deposit shall abide by outcome of the appeals.
