JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard.
Considering the order proposed to be passed and as the opposite parties would also be interested in expeditious disposal of the proceedings before the Court below, issuance of notice to private opposite parties is dispensed with.
The petitioners herein seek expeditious disposal of Revision No. C-201710001935 under Section 219 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act which are said to be pending since 2017.
Let the Court concerned consider and decide the aforesaid revision, say, within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is submitted, if there is no other legal impediment.
With the aforesaid observations, the petition is disposed of.
