Hon'ble Rajeev Singh,J.
Sri Karmakar Shukla, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of aggrieved persons-respondent nos. 4 and 5. He informed the Court that in the present case F.I.R. has been lodged against petitioner no. 2 Nitish Kumar. Sri Ganesh Gupta, learned Brief Holder for the State is present.
Sri Shailendra Mishra holding brief of Sri Piyush Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that the present petition be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to challenge the F.I.R. lodged against petitioner no. 2.
Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
